It is designed with two griddle plate sections half ribbed and half smooth; use the flat surface for cooking bacon and toast, while its grooved surface provides fat drainage, offering a healthier way to sear steaks, burgers and fish.

Thanks to its non-stick coating it is perfect for cooking food directly on and is also easy to clean.

Top Tip: The griddle surface is non-stick, but metal cooking utensils such as spatulas will damage its surface. Use heat resistant plastic or wooden utensils.
